As an Quality Administrator Apprentice and throughout your two-year apprenticeship, you will learn how to ensure that the organisation functions well through delivering customer documentation to the utmost accuracy.
You will ensure that all requirements have been met and documentation is signed off in line with production/delivery requirements.
As a Quality Administrator Apprentice you will be responsible for :
Creating customer documentation packs in line with the required deliverables. Ensuring documentation is right first time.
Supporting customer visits when documentation packs require 3rd party approval.
Support customer visits when 3rd party witnessing of testing is required.
Creating customer certificates of conformity, ensuring all customer sales order requirements have been met.
Managing the appropriate electronic storage of customer documentation
Liaising with multiple departments when errors are found in order to correct them efficiently and accurately
Attending the Apprenticeship Provider's lessons as required and Submit assignments and coursework in a timely manner and to an appropriate standard.
Continually promote a strong nuclear safety culture.
Working in accordance with health and safety requirements.
Performing other such duties commensurate with the nature and level of the post as may be reasonably required.
To be successful in this role you must possess:
5 GCSE's (grade 4-5 or above) in Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
The ability to focus on learning new skills and prepared to undertake learning on a daily basis.
The ability to work well within a team whilst having the confidence to work on own initiative.
Enthusiasm, drive and commitment to a career within Quality Assurance within an Engineering Company.
A high level of attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication.
A logical approach to problem solving.
