What HFH offers:
* Hourly pay rates between £14 - 17.93 per hour.
* Ongoing care with a small core team of regular staff.
* Work with one client per shift without traveling between multiple homes.
* Average shifts of 12 hours, with a typical work pattern of three shifts per week, earning approximately £500 - 555 per week.
* Annual income estimated between £26,200 - £28,950.
* Direct employment with pay managed via PAYE, ensuring compliance and ease of taxation.
