Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an exprienceed Warehouse Supervisor to lead shift operations and drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You'll manage a team, oversee picking, packing, dispatch, and stock management, and ensure smooth warehouse workflows.
What you'll do:
* Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse operatives
* Plan staffing, workflows, and equipment use
* Maintain stock accuracy and manage MHE operations
* Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
* Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
* Proven warehouse supervisory experience
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
* WMS and Microsoft Office proficiency
* Valid MHE licence(s)
* Hands-on approach and continuous improvement mindset
