Interim PMO Lead – ERP Implementation
Location: Watford (5 days onsite)
Rate: £750 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 12 months
We are seeking an experienced Interim PMO Lead to oversee and drive the delivery of a large-scale ERP implementation programme. This role requires a highly structured individual with a proven background in establishing and managing PMO functions for complex technology change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage the PMO framework for the ERP programme
• Provide governance, reporting, and assurance across multiple workstreams
• Drive programme planning, RAID management, and milestone tracking
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between project sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams
• Support programme leadership with decision-making through data-driven insights
• Monitor vendor delivery against agreed timelines and outcomes
Key Requirements:
• Extensive PMO leadership experience in large ERP or transformation programmes
• Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience working with senior leadership to drive programme outcomes
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and risks across a multi-year roadmap
• Previous experience of working on full lifecycle ERP implementations is essential
• Highly structured and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
Contract Details:
• 12-month initial contract
• £750 per day (outside IR35)
• 5 days per week, fully onsite in Watford
