Support sales executives with customer meetings, proposals, and follow-ups
Responsibilities
* Help research, qualify, and engage new business opportunities
* Assist in developing and running marketing and lead generation campaigns
* Maintain CRM records, ensuring opportunities are tracked effectively
* Prepare and deliver reports on sales pipeline activity
* Provide excellent service when handling customer enquiries
* Learn sales techniques and shadow experienced account managers in the field
Qualifications
* Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated to succeed in sales
* Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Proactive, with a positive and resilient attitude
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
* Comfortable working with data, reports, and presentations
* Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office knowledge is essential and CRM knowledge desirable)
* Eager to learn and progress into a sales career
