Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.30pm and 9.30am to 6pm on alternating shifts

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join a busy team, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of all warranty claims. To be considered for this role you must have proven warranty administration experience within the automotive sector. This is essential as you will play a key role in compliance, manufacturer communication, and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator
Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and on time
Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries
Ensuring compliance with warranty procedures and audit standards
Maintaining accurate records and warranty documentation
Monitoring claims to ensure they meet manufacturer deadlines
Supporting colleagues and management with reporting and administration
Skills and Experience for a Warranty Administrator
Essential
Proven warranty administration experience in the automotive industry
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail with compliance and audit in mind
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
HGV sector experience
Familiarity with warranty systems and software
