Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Integration and Systems Validation team
* Develop and implement verification and validation plans
* Oversee software and functional testing, defect analysis, and reporting
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align testing activities
* Support continuous improvement in test processes and methodologies
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Strong background in verification and validation principles
* Proven team leadership and people management
* Experience with software and functional testing in engineering contexts
* Agile working knowledge preferred
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
