Salary and Benefits
£27,500 + Bonus + Mobile + Laptop + Pension Scheme + 20 days Hols + BH's
Hours
Hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday in Wolverhampton. The role will require out-of-hour emergency call out monitoring via email or telephone (mobile phone provided) on a flexible rota basis with the Service Manager.
The Role
* Filtering and managing busy Outlook inbox – raising new jobs, recording updates and responding to enquiries
* Creating and updating all job information onto client portal
* Raising purchase orders and tracking status and processing purchase order invoices
* Communicate fully with clients and subcontractors on status of job, dates, times, location, access information, health and safety, materials etc. ensuring excellent standards of customer service are maintained
* Liaising with clients throughout the UK and Europe
* Data input
* Creating monthly data reports
* Distribution of all job information, ensuring that trackers and portal are always up to date and compliant
* Creation / distribution of RAMs / Permits to Work
* Booking in with centre management and raising permits
* Planning and scheduling engineers' working week
* Prepare and track facilities budgets
* General office administrative duties
* Holiday cover for Service Manager
* Holiday cover for office Administration Staff
The Candidate
* Experience in all Microsoft packages (required)
* Facilities experience (essential)
* Experience in use of Job Logic (desirable)
* Excellent Communication

* Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Wolverhampton
