* Produce accurate, functional kitchen designs aligned to customer needs and project constraints.
* Provide clear, reliable product and technical information to help customers make informed decisions.
* Maintain accurate documentation, quotations, system updates, and project files.
* Communicate order progress, delivery timelines, and any changes in a timely and professional way.
* Support the sales process through effective follow‑up, lead nurturing, and attention to detail.
* Work with internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from sale to fulfilment.
* Maintain showroom standards, including displays, presentation, and stock of samples.
* Manage customer issues in a calm, structured, solutions‑focused manner and coordinate resolutions.
What You’ll Bring
* Confident communication skills and a professional approach with customers
* Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy periods
* Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM or booking systems
* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of daily responsibilities
* A commercial mindset and an understanding of how great customer experience supports sales
* A collaborative and reliable team approach
* Experience using CAD, Fusion, or similar design software
* Knowledge of appliances, product specifications, or home improvement categories
* Previous experience in a retail or showroom environment
* Familiarity with sales processes and customer conversion
Why This Role?
* A structured, stable retail environment with a clear customer journey
* Opportunity to develop technical knowledge and design skills
* A showroom role that blends customer service, sales, and operational accuracy
* Being part of a company focused on sustainable, well‑made products and long‑term customer satisfaction
