PE Assistant / Sports Coach / PE Teacher / Instructor - Southampton - ASAP/September Start! Academics are recruiting on behalf of an alternative provision in central Southampton who provide education to vulnerable young people aged 15 - 19 years. They are looking for a passionate and caring PE Assistant or Sports Coach to join them in ASAP or from September who is able to deliver PE/Sports. This role is open to both qualified and unqualified teachers/sports coaches from PE Assistant level, up living in the Southampton area. The suitable PE Assistant will be someone who loves working in an alternative education environment. Who is nurturing and able to build positive relationships with these young people to support them both academically and emotionally and build their confidence. This is a full-time, temp to perm position starting in ASAP. This is a great opportunity for a PE Assistant or Teaching Assistant looking to develop a career in education supporting vulnerable students with challenging behaviours.
