As an RCVS-accredited, modern facility, it’s equipped with everything from laser therapy and video endoscopy to ultrasound and digital x-ray. An outstanding nursing team The practice prides itself on a skilled and dedicated group of nurses who run regular clinics and provide 24/7 cover, ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care. A collaborative team of vets The 14-strong vet team includes both recent graduates and certificate holders, each bringing unique interests and experiences – from hiking and paddleboarding to baking. Regular clinical discussions encourage shared learning and support across all levels. A healthy work-life balance While the team provides its own on-call service, it’s structured to protect personal time. On-call duties are shared evenly, currently at just one week in eleven, helping maintain that all-important balance outside of work. The Role No two days are the same in this varied and rewarding role. Consults are typically 15 minutes, allowing time for thorough, high-quality care. More experienced vets will be comfortable with occasional sole charge during on-call duties, while less experienced colleagues will have full support from the wider team.
