Administration Manager – Engineering - Battersea. Keep Engineering Operations Running Smoothly. We''re looking for an experienced Administration Manager to lead and deliver a high-quality administration service supporting our Engineering maintenance and train cleaning teams. This is a key role at the heart of depot operations, ensuring people, systems and processes work efficiently and compliantly.
What You''ll Do
* Lead and manage administration support for large, operational teams
* Oversee rostering, payroll coordination and attendance monitoring
* Maintain accurate records covering fatigue management, leave, performance, and employee relations
* Coordinate medical assessments with Occupational Health and People teams
* Manage procurement activities, uniform orders and document control
* Ensure confidentiality, compliance and organisation of all personnel records
* Provide cover across depots to support business continuity
* Line manage a small administration team and support wider depot operations
What We''re Looking For
* Educated to A-level standard or equivalent experience supporting large teams
* Strong knowledge of payroll, rostering and employment procedures
* Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments
* Highly organised, self-motivated and confident working independently
* Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and enterprise systems)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
