What You Will Do: - Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to ensure product conformity. - Conduct dimensional and visual inspections on complex aerospace components using both manual and automated methods. - Operate and assist in programming CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) using Zeiss Calypso software. - Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and produce detailed inspection reports in compliance with AS9102 standards. - Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. - Support ad hoc inspection requests during the New Product Introduction (NPI) development phases.
