Responsibilities
* Working closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and work on vehicles to get them back on the road, or ensure they return safely to the workshop.
* Identifying problems and advising the customer on vehicle issues.
* Vehicle servicing and general maintenance including electrical and vehicle diagnostics.
* Acting as the face of the business; delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* Ideally Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; Level 2 or equivalent qualifications (e.g., City and Guilds, IMI, NVQ) are considered.
* Minimum 3 years experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic.
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.
* Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
