Job Title: Central Reservations Executive Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Salary: £12.50p/h Days & Hours Pattern: Flexible shift patterns are available from 30 hours to 37.5 hours per week and can cover times between 9am and 8pm Monday-Sunday (inclusive of bank holidays) with overtime opportunity. Suggested shift patterns available to apply for are listed below. Please indicate your availability and desired hours/shift pattern at the point of application. 30 hours per week (this will include occasional/rotational shifts on weekends) 37.5 hours per week (this will include occasional/rotational shifts on weekends) Holiday: Your holiday entitlement is based upon the actual hours completed and you accrue holidays at a rate of 12.07% of each hour worked. The 12.07% calculation is the effective pro-rata equivalent of 5.6 weeks' holiday entitlement divided by 46.4 working weeks in a 52-week year. By example, if you work 30 hours in one week, you will accrue 3.621 hours of holiday entitlement for that week based on the above 12.07% calculation (12.07 divided by 100 x 30). Expenses paid for travel: YES – when required by the business Equipment: All equipment and training provided along with regular training and development opportunities Position Overview: To effectively manage incoming enquiries from potential guests across our bar brand(s) maximizing conversion and leaving no guest un-answered. To effectively pass over large enquiries and event opportunities to hub BDMs with efficiency and clear communication, To maintain TRC’s reputation across the country for being brilliant to book with. Key Responsibilities: Incoming Calls: Answer incoming calls from potential guest(s) and contact of the business timely and effectively Handle enquiries to the brand standard and effectively sell RBG products to maximise revenue Accurately document guest and booking details to ensure smooth enquiry management Callback Completion: Complete all callbacks efficiently and within the specified window Complete callbacks to the brand standard in order to maximise conversion Set future callback for pending bookings and manage the enquiry process effectively Email Reponses: Respond to emails within 2 hours of receipt with necessary information Document necessary information from email enquiries into party pro and handle enquries effectively Escalate any emails to GMs and Hub BDMs where necessary Keep email traffic cleared and respond in compliance with brand standards Enquiry Handover: Work collaboratively with the Hub BDM and effectively hand over any large enquiries (30) to the Hub BDM for them to manage Book show-rounds or client meetings in the Hub BDM(s) diary Escalate any necessary queries to GMs and/or site management for effective resolutions What’s in it for you? 50% discount in all TRC venues across the UK Career growth opportunities and training & development Plenty of employee benefits, including financial support, OTE bonus scheme, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme Company incentives and social events and much more A little bit about us… Revolucion de Cuba isn’t just a brand – it’s a unique experience like no other.
