Job Description
Production Operators required for our busy Engineering and Manufacturing client based in Renfrewshire due to continued growth and expansion.
We have a requirement for a hands-on CNC Production Operative who will report to the Production Manager on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Candidates must have:-
* Previous experience as a CNC Operator / Turner essential
* Experienced in the use of Fanuc controls including Live Tooling
* Preferable experience of Operating a HAAS
* Ability to read from technical drawings
* Used to working to tight tolerances
* Setting experience without supervision.
* Experience and ability of editing programs.
* Experience in small volume, high value production environment
* Fully aware of the HSE requirements of working on live machinery in a manufacturing environment
* Able to work with minimum supervision
* Works to achieve set production times and targets.
Working pattern of 35 hours over 4 days:
* Working Pattern A – Monday to Thursday 07:15 – 16:30
* Working Pattern B – Tuesday to Friday 07:15 – 16:30
Hourly Rate:
* £16 to £18 per hour depending on experience
