Job Description
Purpose of the Role
As the Compliance Coordinator at Blueskeye AI, you will be the day-to-day custodian of our Integrated Management System (IMS). Your role is to ensure our quality and security processes run smoothly, keeping us aligned with international standards and client requirements. You will act as the bridge between our technical teams and our compliance frameworks, helping us maintain a culture of ethical innovation and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
IMS Maintenance & Support
* Support the day-to-day operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS).
* Help update and maintain IMS documentation to ensure ongoing alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements.
Audit Coordination
* Coordinate the internal audit schedule and assist internal auditors in gathering evidence and documenting findings.
* Act as the primary administrator for external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and team members are prepared for assessment dates.
Process & Document Control
* Oversee the document control system, ensuring policies and procedures are regularly reviewed, correctly versioned, and easily accessible.
* Assist Process Owners in documenting their workflows to ensure they meet the requirements of our compliance frameworks.
Tracking & Reporting
* Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) tracker, following up with task owners to ensure nonconformities are addressed on time.
* Collate data and performance metrics to help the CTO prepare for Management Review meetings.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence from the engineering team to the executive level.
* Strong understanding of risk management principles, corrective action processes, and document control.
* Ability to promote and facilitate the process approach and risk-based thinking throughout the organisation.
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding documentation and record-keeping.
* Strong ability to manage multiple timelines, from audit schedules to document review cycles.
* Able to work effectively with engineering teams to make compliance feel like an enabler, not a hurdle.
Knowledge & Experience
Must-Haves:
* Previous experience in a compliance, quality, or administrative role within a technology or regulated environment.
* Foundational understanding of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 standards.
* Experience managing document control systems or using tools like Confluence and Jira.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience assisting with ASPICE, TISAX assessments or GDPR compliance.
* Exposure to software development lifecycles (SDLC).
* An interest in AI ethics and emerging standards like ISO 42001.
