We're looking for an enthusiastic educator to join a welcoming primary school in East Sussex, ready to provide day-to-day cover in a variety of year groups. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners in a supportive and thriving school community.
About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that are tailored to the needs of pupils across EYFS to Key Stage 2.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive.
Monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to help them develop and achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the academic and personal development of all students.
Maintain high standards of teaching, classroom management, and safeguarding throughout your work.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
A current enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to obtain one.
