About the role
With more people seeking sustainable living options, charity retail is a rapidly expanding sector. Southern Hospice Group is looking for a Retail Property Manager to join its Retail Team in this newly created position.
You will be responsible for identifying new charity shop locations across various settings including High Streets, retail parks, and industrial estates, aligning with our retail expansion vision. Additionally, you will manage lease renewals for our existing portfolio of 34 shops and 2 warehouses across the South Coast, ensuring our shops offer a welcoming shopping environment that reflects our hospice standards.
Essential criteria
Applicants should hold a Degree in a relevant field such as building/property management or possess equivalent experience, preferably with a relevant industry qualification like NARLA Level 3 or RICS accreditation.
