A leading multi‑disciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join its established Birmingham team. This is a senior architectural position offering the opportunity to lead design delivery, manage complex projects, and play a key role in business development and client relationships. This role is ideal for an ARB Chartered Architect with strong technical expertise, excellent design capability, and a passion for delivering high‑quality architectural solutions across a wide range of sectors. About the Role – Associate Architect (Birmingham) As an Associate Architect, you will take responsibility for: Leading architectural design and project delivery Coordinating multi‑disciplinary design teams Managing contract administration and key commercial activities Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships Applying advanced building science and technology to architectural and construction projects Providing innovative, technically robust and visually compelling design solutions You will be recognised as a technical specialist, using your expertise to guide the design process, mentor colleagues, and ensure the successful delivery of complex architectural projects. A core part of the role involves championing technical excellence, particularly in BIM and Revit, and supporting the wider team in developing strong digital design capabilities.
