What You’ll Do:
* Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims (pre- & post-litigation)
* Draft Letters of Claim & issue proceedings
* Review records, surveyor’s reports & assess liability
* Negotiate, mediate & liaise with counsel
* Use Proclaim CMS to manage files efficiently
* Deliver excellent client service & build strong relationships
What You’ll Bring
* Housing Disrepair experience (essential) or strong contentious litigation background
* Solid track record of running your own litigated matters
* Case management system experience (Proclaim essential)
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail & negotiation skills
* Ability to work at pace, prioritising effectively in a busy caseload
* A flexible, positive mindset & strong problem-solving skills
