Top tier law firm with an established legal heritage in the UK is currently seeking a new IT Business Analyst on a permanent basis. This role will report to the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems and will bridge the gap between the legal, business support, and IT professionals.
* Up to £70,000 per annum
* Office-based role with a shift pattern covering 8am – 7pm on a rota basis

IT Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with service, system, and process owners to understand their needs and requirements
* Analyse business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
* Develop detailed business cases specifying requirements and functional specifications for IT projects
* Work with IT team members and vendors to design and implement technology solutions
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs
IT Business Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a law firm or legal environment
* Strong understanding of business processes and workflow analysis
* Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
