Job Title: Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
Job Summary:
The Estate Agent Sales Negotiator plays a crucial role in the real estate team, facilitating property sales and managing client relationships. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the property market, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and actively seek potential buyers by utilising various channels, including online platforms, networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
2. Conduct property viewings with potential buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions to help them make informed decisions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
4. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
5. Collaborate with other team members, such as estate agents, brokers, and legal professionals, to facilitate a seamless sales process.
6. Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
7. Prepare and present property listings, including high-quality photographs, compelling descriptions, and accurate specifications.
8. Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on listings and relevant documentation.
9. Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation, working closely with legal professionals.
10. Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their property sales and addressing any concerns or enquiries.
11. Attend industry events, networking functions, and training sessions to enhance knowledge
Commission OTE: £15,000 - £20,000PA
Working hours for this position are 9:00am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
