What you’ll be doing
As a Moulding Operator, you’ll help keep moulding machines running efficiently while supporting the inspection, assembly and packing of lenticular modules to customer specifications.
Duties will include:
Operating moulding machinery as part of the production process
Inspecting parts against quality specifications
Assembling and packing lenticular modules
Checking that the correct materials are being used
Completing paperwork and production documentation accurately
Supporting smooth handovers from shift to shift
Maintaining good housekeeping and working to 5S standards
Following standard operating procedures, work instructions and health and safety requirements
Working as part of the team to meet production, quality and safety standards
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in manufacturing, production, machine operating, assembly, packing or a similar hands-on environment
Comfortable working with machinery and following set processes
Reliable, practical and happy working rotating double day shifts
Quality-focused with good attention to detail
Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
A good communicator with a positive, “can do” attitude
Previous moulding, machine operating, assembly or production experience would be useful, but the most important thing is that you are dependable, practical and willing to learn.
