Care and Support Worker – Nights
Join as a Care and Support Worker – Nights at Yates Court, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust. This role offers 22 hours per week, with 12‑hour night shifts, and a starting salary of £12.96 per hour at Yates Court Scheme, High Street, Evesham, WR11 4DN.
Responsibilities
* Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents, including physical, personal care and support with social activities.
* Promote and support the physical, emotional and wellbeing of residents.
* Encourage independence and self‑belief.
* Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
* Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
* Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
* Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
* Flexible with hours.
