We pride ourselves on sustainability, provenance, and creativity, ensuring each menu is as conscious as it is delicious.
As part of our fabulous events team, you will be delivering outstanding service to our guests within Iconic city spaces, ancient and modern. Racecourses, stately homes, historic castles museums, galleries... and even a palace!
This type of work is a great way to learn new skills/develop up the ranks, meet new people, explore Edinburgh and work around university/other employment commitments etc. Shifts vary each week dependent on our event schedule, which means you can book in for as much as or as little work as you want.

What You’ll Need
* Our guests are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude. You’ll need strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork!
* Great attention to detail and punctuality.
* 18+ due to the licensing restrictions.
* Previous experience in a similar setting.
When you join our team at Heritage Portfolio you will have the opportunity to work at our other venues across Scotland.

From £12.21ph, paid weekly, accruing holiday pay as you work.

Heritage Portfolio is the sub-segment of Sodexo Live! that produces outstanding catering and event services for our cultural destinations. These include exceptional “in-house” café services in some of Britain’s leading visitor attractions such as V&A Dundee, The Signet Library, Portrait Gallery, private parties and dining, weddings and prestigious events for which we are honoured to have received a Royal Warrant of Appointment as Supplier of Catering Services.
