Qualifications
* Able to work a flexible schedule
* Have a valid Ontario hair stylist license
* Have 2 - 5 years of hair styling experience
* Live in close proximity to the salon (Scarborough, ON)
* Proven skills and experience in Colour & Chemical Techniques (Please bring to interview: portfolio, Instagram account, certificates and/or photos demonstrating your colour work)
* Able to communicate effectively with the client
* Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude
What You Would Be Doing
* Adhere to the First Choice Hair 4-step Brand Standard for Service Excellence
* Meet service & retail targets and adhere to salon processes / procedures
* Provide client consultations with recommendations on styles, services, and products
* Offer exceptional customer service to our guests during their hair appointments
* Technically savvy and comfortable with computer applications (including POS)
