The Role
We're looking for a passionate Product Manager to take ownership of our Genedrive pharmacogenetics point-of-care test products. You'll lead the charge from concept to market, managing the full product lifecycle, driving commercial growth, and supporting international business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate business strategy into effective go-to-market plans
* Identify key market segments and drive clinical evidence generation
* Manage the full product lifecycle and roadmap
* Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, and commercial teams
* Lead product improvement and new development projects
* Deliver high-quality sales and marketing collateral
* Monitor and support Post-Market Surveillance under IVDR regulations
* Represent the company at industry conferences and events
* Provide product expertise and training to partners and end-users
* Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay ahead of industry trends

The Ideal Candidate
About
You're a strategic thinker and strong communicator with a passion for healthcare innovation. Great at juggling priorities in a dynamic environment, you have a knack for turning feedback into actionable product strategies. About you:
* 3–5 years' experience in Product Management
* A degree in Science or Marketing
* Experience with IVD, molecular, or point-of-care diagnostics
* Proven commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
* A proactive, self-directed, and detail-oriented approach
* Experience launching products into the UK and international markets
* CRM system familiarity
* Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%)
