The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: Up to £45,000 (Depending on experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Zero weekend shifts).
* Holiday: 28 days holiday.

What You Will Be Doing
* Full Range: Servicing and repairs across all makes and models.
* Advanced Tech: Using modern diagnostic tools to solve complex mechanical and electrical faults.
* Core Mechanics: Handling clutches, brakes, MOT prep, batteries, and air-conditioning.
* Mentorship: Sharing your expertise and helping to guide our junior technicians.
* Quality Standards: Ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous safety and manufacturer standards.
