Our client, a leading player in the chilled packaging industry, is on an exciting journey and due to continued success, they are looking to add to their fantastic team through the appointment of a Telesales and Customer Service Executive.
As a Telesales and Customer Service Executive, you will work closely with internal teams to proactively increase sales of products with a focus on securing new business.
1. Conduct outbound telesales activity to sell the full chilled packaging range
2. Organising & managing daily call plan to meet outbound call KPIs
3. Responding to e mail campaign interest, website sample enquiries
4. Reporting on success
5. Identifying and managing prospects
6. Influence customers to win business and cross selling associated products
7. Achieving sales targets in line with KPIs
8. Maintaining market and competitor knowledge
9. Taking inbound calls from customers.
10. Liaise with Sale Reps, Customers, branches and Suppliers
11. Issuing information and processing orders from customers
12. Dealing with queries relating to orders and costings
13. Create ad-hoc sale reports
14. Updating orders, prices and order confirmations in the Company’s systems
15. Assisting with month end processes
16. Update stock levels and report figures to customers
About You:
17. Previous experience in a role that involves developing both new business and existing business in a telesales environment
18. Ability to present the benefits of our product range and how this will assist the customer
19. Listening skills
20. Negotiation skills
21. Ability to multitask
22. Proficient in all IT applications: Word, Excel etc
23. Ability to analyse sales data
