Your responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts based on business and functional requirements.
Ensure full traceability between requirements, design, and test artefacts.
Execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Screening solutions.
Record and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
Work with Life & Asset Management Operational Subject Matter Experts (SME) & Business Analysts (BA) to understand requirements &acceptance criteria.
Participate in workshops and reviews to ensure test coverage aligns with regulatory and business needs.
Validate that delivered solutions meet agreed quality standards and compliance obligations.
Ensure adherence to Change Governance and testing frameworks.
Produce high-quality test documentation, including test summary reports and defect logs.
Provide regular updates to project governance forums on test progress and risks
Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical skills with ability to interrogate and interpret data from multiple sources.
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, executable test cases.
Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with BAs, SMEs and technical teams.
Resilience, adaptability and drive to deliver test artefacts to high standards within challenging timescales.
Experience
Proven experience as a Test Analyst, with experience within UK Financial Services (ideally Life & Pensions) desirable.
Hands-on experience in regulatory change programs or Financial Crime compliance projects.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, integration, UAT).
Experience working in large-scale transformation programs.
ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is advantageous
