Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager (Nursing Homes) Location: Remote covering North of England & Scotland Salary: Up to £44k DOE benefits Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Manager working within a residential or nursing homes environment, or an experienced Nursing Home Manager with strong quality assurance experience looking for a new challenge? Our client is a leading provider of brain injury rehabilitation who is seeking a Quality Assurance Business Partner to join their team covering services across the north in the following locations: * Yorkshire * Lancashire * Manchester * Liverpool * Northumbria * Glasgow Key responsibilities of the role are: * Deliver regular quality reviews and risk assessments across all services * Partner with Regional Managers to plan targeted quality assurance visits * Produce actionable reports to improve compliance and service standards * Provide hands-on guidance to operational managers * Use data to identify risks, measure impact, and guide decisions * Offer coaching and fostering innovation to services * Champion service user involvement in shaping outstanding care * Share best practices, driving change through quality improvement plans Role requirements: * Experience in a similar quality assurance role * NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Health & Social Care is desirable * Deep knowledge of care regulations and statutory requirements * Experience as a Registered Care Home Manager preferable * UK driver’s license & own vehicle (essential) * Flexible to travel, stay overnight, and work occasional evenings/weekends The role offers a competitive salary of up to £44k and comes with a great benefits package including: * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Buy and sell up to 5 days annual leave * Company Pension * Employee Assistance Programme * Excellent training and support * Group life assurance * Eye voucher scheme * Long Service and Staff Awards
