Your Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will:
* Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care
* Ensure people we support live fulfilling, independent lives
* Support recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, professionals, and families
* Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills
Who We’re Looking For
