From opening, running and closing shifts to training new starters, you’ll have plenty of chances to get stuck in and make a big impact on your colleagues. You’ll also help and support your team across their shift, keeping them positive and motivated to carry out excellent teamwork. You'll be working in the Distribution & Recycling department. Line manage an amazing team, supporting them with all the development, coaching and training they need to succeedLead the shifts for your area, taking responsibility for colleague performance and your direct reportsWork closely with other Shift Leaders within your department and across the RDC to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operations Support your Department Manager with daily operations and personnel managementConfidently create an environment where your team can do their best work in accordance with our Leadership & Company PrinciplesMentor your colleagues and supporting your team’s trainingProactively promote efficient working methods, highlighting inefficiencies when you spot themEfficiently perform general warehouse operative duties like moving stock, picking goods and processing returnsWhat you'll need
