Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee development and wellbeing of children, tracking progress and communicating with parents.
* Act as Key Person for a group of children, supporting holistic development and personal care needs.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met and the environment is clean and secure.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience; ideally as a Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
