Skills & Duties
1. You will be responsible for providing front-line support to users within the business on various technical issues related to hardware, software, and peripherals.
2. You will document and resolve service tickets in accordance with an SLA.
3. Have a technical interest in IT. Industry experience is not always essential as full training is provided, but a genuine interest in the field or hobbies related to IT is preferred.
4. Ability to work under pressure and at pace.
5. Strong active listening skills.
6. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
8. Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
