Join Travis Perkins Managed Services as a Bid Coordinator and play a pivotal role in finding, managing, and submitting bids for new opportunities and re-tenders. You will be instrumental in developing and applying bid strategies tailored to customer type, tender process, and bid solutions.
Key Accountabilities will include:
1. Collaborate closely with the Bid Manager and broader stakeholders to support bid activity.
2. Manage tender notifications and coordinate stakeholder engagement.
3. Ensure the timely delivery of compliant bids and proposals.
4. Facilitate submissions by supporting relevant stakeholders in designing and producing bid documentation that meets client needs.
5. Establish a consistent approach to bid feedback and develop strategies for addressing challenges.
6. Maintain strong connections with key head office departments to provide effective and current answers for bids.
7. Coordinate the dissemination of best practices across MS bids.
