Your Role as a Sales Leader:
* Inspire and motivate your Sales Team, providing coaching to ensure targets and goals are met.
* Maintain a high level of customer service to achieve top Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
* Implement compliance measures to uphold Carsa's high standards and meet customer obligations, fostering trust and integrity.
* Ensure adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, providing fair financial advice and services.
* Oversee the dealership's presentation and stock management to create a positive impression on visitors.

* Has a strong automotive sales background, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
