The Role:
* Providing 1st/2nd line support for onsite, remote, and field staff.
* Managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD).
* Troubleshooting issues with Windows devices, mobiles, printers, and networks.
* Setting up and maintaining IT hardware (laptops, desktops, mobiles, peripherals) with proper asset tracking.
* Assisting with IT projects (cloud migrations, automation, system improvements).
The Candidate:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Azure AD, and Intune.
* Experience managing accounts, permissions, and security settings in Microsoft 365.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows and mobile devices.
* Awareness of ITIL practices
