Store Manager
Up to £37,000 + £4,250 Bonus

We’re now looking for a Store Manager in Kingston Upon Thames. A unique opportunity to take ownership of a store with huge potential, shape its direction, and make your mark.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership & Culture:
Inspire and support a diverse team who share a passion for the outdoors. Create a positive, inclusive store culture focused on collaboration, wellbeing, and performance.
Customer-Centric Focus:
Champion a service-led approach that ensures every customer receives expert advice and a warm welcome, whether they’re seasoned adventurers or just starting out.
Sustainable Retail Practices:
Model and promote our sustainability values: reducing waste, encouraging responsible choices, and working with environmentally conscious brands.
Operational Delivery:
Drive performance through effective inventory control, accurate stock management, and clear commercial strategies that align with KPIs and company objectives.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven retail management experience, ideally within outdoor, apparel, or footwear retail.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop your team.
* A track record of achieving targets through excellent customer service and team engagement.
