Role Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join the East Kilbride team. This is a mixed role involving both site:based asbestos surveying and analytical duties across a range of domestic, commercial, and industrial environments, ensuring full compliance with current legislation and industry guidance.
Key Responsibilities
*
Undertake Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
*
Carry out air monitoring, four:stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling
*
Produce accurate and detailed survey and analytical reports
*
Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams
*
Ensure all works comply with current HSE guidance, legislation, and UKAS procedures
*
Maintain high technical standards and contribute positively to team development
Requirements
*
BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or equivalent)
*
Demonstrable experience in both asbestos surveying and analytical duties within a UKAS:accredited consultancy
*
Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*
Full UK driving licence
