HR Advisor (Part-Time)

We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our People Team and play a key role in supporting both managers and employees across day-to-day HR operations. This role will be a job share and require flexibility and good team work.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you'll deliver a high-quality, generalist HR service aligned to best practice, employment law, and our wider people strategy. This is a hands-on role where you'll have real influence on engagement, culture, and performance at site level.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide confident, practical HR advice to managers on employee relations, policies, and people matters.
* Manage ER cases including absence, discipline, grievance, and capability.
* Support the delivery of people metrics such as absence, retention, and engagement.
* Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
* Champion diversity, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Support training compliance, learning & development, and Health & Safety initiatives.
* Work alongside Occupational Health and support customer and ethical audits.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role (or similar).
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Confident communicator who can influence and build relationships at all levels.
