Youll be an effective account developer; great customer relationships at this business are really important. Youll be a great mentor to an already experienced team, youll be able to lead and motivate the team to achieve the end goal. Youll naturally want to keep abreast of market trends, youll be able to analyse data to make strategic decisions for the business. About The Job You will be comfortable with UK travel, spending c50% of the working week out on the road meeting with customers. Youll be responsible for a team of 5 people. Youll manage UK sales and support the sales team with the ongoing account development, pricing strategies, new business proposals, and defining sales strategies for growth within the relevant market sectors. You will define annual budgets, sales forecasts, and monitor monthly sales against budget and provide reports to the FC. Attend trade shows and relevant exhibitions. Manage and monitor consignment stock, reconciliation of stock differences with the UK financial controller. You will work with the marketing team to ensure products are marketed correctly. Liaison with R&D team for new product development. We need someone who is prepared for occasional international travel when needed to support the Global Accounts team. It would be preferrable to have sales experience gained from the Textile industry. This Country Sales Manager role would lend itself well to someone living in the Midlands for easy access to the Northern and Southern customers, however applications are welcomed from people in the Lancashire area.
