Job Description
My client is looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded press/media officer to join their communications team on a short-term contract. You will support the team in writing press releases, articles and social media posts, handling media enquiries, arranging media interviews, arranging conferences and identifying opportunities for coverage and profile raising.
You may have an agency background, or have worked as a journalist, or in an in-house communications team; importantly, you will be able to demonstrate an interest in business issues and a proactive approach to building media relationships and producing compelling copy.
