Job Description
3. Accounts Receivable Finance Assistant:
4. Manage and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
6. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
7. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable activity for the finance team.
8. Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
10. Support internal and external audits as required.
11. Collaborate with other departments to address customer account queries.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Finance Assistant should have:
12. Experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
13. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
15. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
