Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Duties
As a Sales & Mobility Advisor, you will:
* Deal with customer enquiries in-store, by phone, and through digital channels
* Advise customers on suitable mobility products and services based on their individual needs
* Create and progress sales in an ethical, consultative manner
* Travel to customers to provide assessments and tailored advice
* Attend events, exhibitions, and shows representing DaVinci Mobility
* Sustain and manage our digital sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring enquiries, follow‑ups, and opportunities are accurately recorded and progressed
* Build positive, long‑term relationships with customers and their families
* Previous experience in sales or a customer‑facing advisory role
* Previous experience using a CRM system to manage leads, follow‑ups, and sales pipelines
* Organised and detail‑focused, with the ability to manage enquiries and tasks effectively
* Confident communicator with strong listening skills
* Willingness to travel to customer locations and events
* A genuine interest in helping people and making a positive impact
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience working with disabled customers or within healthcare / mobility
* Knowledge of mobility or assistive products
* Experience attending exhibitions or events
