37 hours per week (Mon–Thurs 08:00–16:30, Fri 08:00–13:00)
Up to £37,000 + bonus scheme + excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager:
1. Manage day-to-day communications with a select group of customers
2. Coordinate the planning and progress of customer orders, from entry into the system through to shipment
3. Work cross-functionally to ensure materials, production schedules, and delivery timelines are aligned
4. Provide timely and accurate updates to customers
5. Attend meetings with clients (primarily UK-based, occasional international travel)
