Admin Manager
Location: Sleaford, NG34 8HB
Reporting to: General Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Admin Manager to take ownership of key administrative and operational functions across multiple sites. This is a dynamic role requiring strong leadership, financial awareness, and a proactive approach to compliance and process management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Accommodation team, overseeing approximately 2,000 bookings per month, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service delivery
* Manage mess accountants, supporting over 1,200 members and ensuring robust financial administration
* Drive the effective management of aged debt, ensuring timely resolution and improved cash flow
* Conduct and oversee site Profit Protection audits, maintaining compliance and identifying improvement opportunities
* Oversee site vehicle fleet management (4 vehicles across 3 sites), ensuring operational readiness and compliance
* Support outlet managers in maintaining OurTime compliance and adhering to company standards
* Manage the site hiring hub, ensuring full compliance and smooth onboarding processes
* Take ownership of Crown account management, ensuring accuracy and accountability
* Oversee spreadover control and management, maintaining efficiency and financial compliance
* Provide HR administrative support to the General Manager and outlet managers
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel file (P File) management
About You
* Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Confident working with financial data, including debt management and audits
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
* Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across sites
