Technical Project Manager - Electronics at Mid-Way Supply, Inc.
Lead bespoke new product development projects across the portfolio of Electronics.
Hybrid - 3 day per week in Wiltshire
£60-70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
37.5 hour work week
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and knowledge:
* Expertise in complex full life cycle electronics projects
* Strong background in managing complex technical projects to completion
* Direct experience in collaborating with customers and suppliers
* Demonstrate a good understanding of the standards and expectations when working in highly regulated industries
* Experience working on projects that involve both analog and digital design
* Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, PowerBI or similar
* Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
* Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
* Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the business including suppliers and/or external customers
* Engineering and/or Business/Project Management Degree
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and define project scope.
* Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, testing, documentation, training, and reporting.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Monitor progress, track performance, and adjust project constraints through financial and data-driven analysis.
* Oversee resource availability and efficient allocation across projects.
* Conduct risk management to identify, assess, and minimize potential project risks.
* Provide clear, regular communication of project updates, schedules, and outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
* Escalate issues and provide solutions-focused recommendations to leadership as needed.
