SEMH Teacher (KS3/4).

Contract: Full-time. Temporary to permanent.
Salary: MPS only.

We are seeking a committed and passionate KS3/4 Teacher to join a specialist provision in Chorley. You will support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity in a supportive setting. Relationships, consistency, and personalised learning are at the heart of everything we do.
The Role.
* Teaching across KS3 and KS4.
* Delivering a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to SEMH learners.
* Planning and adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
* Promoting positive behaviour management strategies.
* Working with support staff, families, and external agencies.
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate.
* A qualified teacher with QTS.
* Experience teaching pupils with SEMH or additional needs (desirable).
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships.
* Passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential.
